Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Tennessee or Kentucky residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the WZTV, WNAB and WUXP viewing area.

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Television of Tennessee, Inc., Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc. and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast stations WZTV, WNAB and WUXP (the “Station”) Nashville Superspeedway, Dover Downs Inc. and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Qualified entrants may enter once per day.

(b) To enter, log onto www.cw58.tv and click on contests. Click on the Nashville Superspeedway contest logo. Enter your name, address, phone number, and birth date and click submit. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.

(c) The contest starts on April 1, 2008 and all entries must be received by Station by 5 p.m. CST on August 4, 2008 . Station is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for printing errors server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction.

(d) One (1) qualifier will be selected each Thursday of each week for the duration of the contest for a total of eighteen (18) qualifiers. Qualifiers will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on Thursday of each week (M-F) from 04/01/08 – 08/04/08. One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among the fourteen The winners of race tickets from each week will qualify (18) qualifiers on August 7, 2008 .

(e) All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prize(s)

1. Eighteen (18) qualifiers and one (1) grand prize winner will be selected. Each qualifier will receive two (2) tickets to a pre-selected race at the Nashville Superspeedway on 06/07/08 , 07/12/08 and 08/09/08 . One (1) grand prize winner will receive (i) two (2) tickets to the Saturday, August 9, 2008 Toyota Tundra 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck series race, (ii) Fan Walk passes, (iii) up-front concert passes and (iv) be a special guest in Victory Lane for a photo opportunity with the NASCAR Craftsman Truck winner and (v) to be awarded the guitar with all the signatures collected throughout the 2008 Nashville Superspeedway race winners. Each qualifier prize is valued at $110.00. The grand prize package is valued at $2,000.00.

2. Winners will be notified by phone. Before claiming prizes, winners must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Station at the time of notification. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within five (5) days of notification. If a winner is a minor, then the winner's parents or guardian must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility before the winner receives his or her prize. Winners must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. If winner cannot be notified within two (2) days or does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6. Contestants are eligible to win only one prize within any one hundred and eighty (180) day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.

7. Sinclair Television of Tennessee, Inc., Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

8. Sinclair Television of Tennessee, Inc., Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Television of Tennessee, Inc., Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to FOX 17, My TV 30 & CW 58 Studios, 631 Mainstream Drive , Nashville , TN 37228 by August 15, 2008 .

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. Sinclair Television of Tennessee, Inc., Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc., Nashville Superspeedway, Dover Downs Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
